Bita Music was established in 1994 as an official representative of Yamaha company in Ukraine, successfully selling Yamaha musical instruments throughout the country from 20 opened shops.
By decision of our commercial department, we didn’t stop there and purchased a British Turbosound brand sound system, which was the first of its kind on the territory of Ukraine. Already in March 1995 our sound system was used for the address of U.S. president Bill Clinton during his first visit to Ukraine.
Obtaining a sound equipment system from U.S.-based brand Mayer Sound in 1997 marked the beginning of our marathon as the leader of Ukrainian sound equipment renting and tech support services. Our equipment has been used in concert tours of such internationally renowned stars as Alla Pugacheva, Phillip Kirkorov, Sofiya Rotaru, Valeriy Leontyev, Larisa Dolina, Oleg Gazmanov, Irina Allegrova, Iosif Kobzon, Alexander Malinin, Alexander Serov, Julio Iglesias, Robert Plant, Sting, Scorpions, Chris Norman, Bryan Adams, La Toya Jackson, Patricia Kaas, Toto Cutugno, Goran Bregović, Emir Kusturica and many other performers.
Expanding our stage equipment capabilities, Bita Music has established its own lighting and stage departments, and later a video department thanks to cooperation with leading Ukrainian TV channels “1+1” and “Інтер” (Inter).

Organisation and technical support of concerts, events and shows
Bita Music offers services in all-around technical support of concerts, shows, sporting, official events, PR-actions, exhibitions, and cooperates with leading production studios and Ukrainian TV channels.
Lighting, audio, video and stage equipment coupled with professional skill and many years of experience of our employees became the basis for our active involvement in many large-scale projects TV projects, such as singing TV contests "Суперзірка" (Superstar), "Зірка+Зірка" (Star+Star) (2 seasons) and "Голос Країни" (Voice of the Country) (1 season), dancing TV contests “МАЙДАН,S" (MAIDANS) (3 seasons) and "Танцюю для тебе" (Dancing for You) (2 seasons), cooking TV contest "Пекельна кухня" (Hell Kitchen) (3 seasons), "Люблю Україну" (I love Ukraine) (1 season).
A special among responsibilities in our history was the organisation of all-around technical support for official event, such as Independence Day of Ukraine celebration on Maidan in 1997, 1999, 2004, 2005, 2007, 2011 and 2012, Europe Day celebrations in Kyiv in a period from 2003 to 2008, New Year’s Eve celebration show "Міст тисячоліть" (Bridge of millenniums) staged on the main square of the country, dedicated to 3rd millennium and XXI century (2001). We also provided technical support in organising election campaigns in Ukraine throughout numerous tours. The most important among them were election campaigns and inaugurations of president of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma (1996 and 2000), election campaigns (2004 and 2009) and inauguration (2005) of president of Ukraine Viktor Yuschenko (2005), election campaign of Nursultan Nazarbayev (Kazakhstan, 1997).
As part of conducting city-, country-scale and thematic events, Bita Music has gained experience working in all regions of Ukraine: Kyiv, Odesa, Sevastopol, Zaporizhzhya, Mariupol, Donetsk, Kryvyy Rih, Vinnytsya, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Pryluky and many towns and cities in Kyiv oblast. We are also proud of our prolong cooperation with the “Hero City” of Odesa. From 2006 to 2011 we have been the pivotal organiser of stage preparation and service for all large-scale events in the city, such as City Day, Victory Day, New Year’s Eve, etc.
2008 to 2013 was a period of active and fruitful cooperation between Bita Music and concert company "Прем'єра" (Premiere). Bita Music has been a constant technical partner in hosting concerts and shows, also taking responsibilities of booking and inviting artists.
Also, during the period from 2007 to 2009, Bita Music has been an official partner of Ukrainian beach football association and has assisted the creation of mobile beach football stadiums in national tour “Beach football festival”. Summer of 2007 has seen 5 stadiums, 1800 seats total, 2008 – 8 stadiums, 3500 seats total, in Odesa, Kyiv, Kremenchuk, Zaporizhzhya, Sevastopol, Illichivsk, Kharkiv and Dnipro city.
2008 to 2013 period was defined by cooperation between Bita Music and basketball club Budivelnyk Kyiv, one of the strongest clubs in Ukrainian Basketball SuperLeague. Bita Music has organised technical support for matches in Ukraine and Europe cups where the team has competed.
During UEFA Euro 2012 football championship, held in Ukraine and Poland, our company has been supplying the official fan-zone in Donetsk and was a general subcontractor in main stage construction to a French firm Supervision. In addition Bita Music was a general subcontractor to an Italian company Filmmaster Events in preparing and conducting the Euro 2012 closing ceremony at Olympic National Sport Complex.
In 2014 Bita Music was one of technical subcontractors during 2014 Olympic Games in Sochi, working directly under International Olympic Committee.
Two projects we were conducting technical support for are officially included into Guinness World Records:
- the biggest TV project in the world (around 30 thousand members) – dancing TV contest “МАЙДАН,S” for “Інтер” TV channel, in which Bita music was responsible for stage constructions in season 1 and LED screen equipment in seasons 2 and 3,
- longest live musical TV marathon of traditional song “Пісня об’єднує нас!” (The song unites us!) under the joint project of Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts, First National TV Channel and “Era” TV company, clocking in record 110 hours of continuous streaming, in which Bita Music was conducting sound support for live streaming.
In 2013 Bita Music was in charge of lighting and video accompaniment for OSCE Summit, held in Kyiv International Exhibition Centre.
From 2016 to 2018 Bita Music was a technical partner to Atlas Weekend musical festival, offering an array of special stage constructions from Lahyer brand, including the main stage.
Our company has extensive experience of organising complex technical supply and conducting stage section of net marketing seminars, such as:
