Infopulse corporate event, IEC, Kyiv
On December 14, 2019, the New Year corporate party of one of the leaders of the IT market "Infopulse Ukraine" was held at the International Exhibition Center. Bita Music provided comprehensive technical support for the event. A 1000-seat Layher spectator stand was built, a stage structure was installed, as well as the necessary lighting, audio and video equipment.
On December 14, 2019, the final corporate event of one of the leaders in the IT market, Infopulse Ukraine LLC, took place at the Kiev International Exhibition Center. The event was structurally divided into two separate sections. First, an annual conference was held in the Late Night Show format, where leaders of departments and areas reported on innovations and annual results of one or another structural division of the company, shared plans for the coming year and answered questions from other employees. The evening part was held in a relaxed atmosphere without being tied to any performances on the main stage, allowing employees to communicate with each other in an informal setting. Bita Music provided comprehensive technical support for the event. For the conference zone, a Layher spectator stand for 1000 seats was built, stage structures were installed, as well as the necessary lighting, audio and video equipment. For the evening part of the event, the specialists of our company installed professional avl equipment.
